How soon do you arrive?
When the call comes in you will be asked a few questions. If it is an emergency, we will be there within four hours. Otherwise, an appointment will be scheduled at your convenience.
When you arrive what’s next?
Your home or business will receive a thorough inspection, followed up by a detailed estimate.
What should I do until you arrive?
Cover upholstered items, vacuum you carpet. Do not try to clean; there are specialized cleaning methods for different surfaces and items.
What is ozone deodorizing?
Ozone is an unstable bluish gas. It is a very good deodorizer. Areas being treated must be evacuated until the process is finished.
What is thermal fogging deodorization?
This method is also a very good deodorizer. The deodorizer is turned into gas (fog), which follows all the same routes the smoke went. Evacuation only lasts a few hours when thermal fogging.
What do I do with my clothes?
Any clothing you need immediately will be deodorized, cleaned and returned in 24 to 48 hours.
What will be cleaned in my home?
All affected areas will receive detailed cleaning from our technicians. Walls, ceilings, carpet, floors, draperies, clothes, knickknacks, wall hangings, dishes, etc.
